This training programme covers the processes, components and techniques included in the PRINCE2 Project Management Method.   Dependant on past experience/technical knowledge the course can be structured for between 3 and 5 days and includes the following:

Course Aims

On completion of the course the delegate will have:

• Defined a project
• Distinguished between the Components, Processes and Techniques used in PRINCE2
• Identified the terminology used in PRINCE2
• Applied PRINCE2 to a given scenario
• Undertaken PRINCE2 examination questions

The course addresses all aspects of PRINCE2 (components, processes and techniques) and includes additional elements such as planning and risk assessment techniques that are left open within the method. The course also covers a range of "mock" questions to test the understanding of the delegate and prepare them for the PRINCE2 examinations.

Examination and Certification

The programme can include the Practitioner examinations, taken externally.  Delegates who pass the Practitioner examination are awarded the qualification of "Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner". The certificate is an internationally recognised qualification in PRINCE2.
