COURSE AIMS |
This two-day course is designed for those looking to gain an understanding of project management principles, or those interested in embarking on a successful and challenging project management career. The course prepares delegates who wish to acquire the Association of Project Management Introductory Certificate - the first level of award within the APM’s Qualification Scheme.
It covers all of the syllabus content of the APMP Foundation qualification and relates the learning to practical application in projects.

This 5-day course is designed for delegates who wish to immerse themselves in the theory and practice of effective project management and attain the recognised APMP Practitioner accreditation offered by the Association for Project Management. It will cover all of the details of the APM Foundation and APMP Practitioner syllabus
Examination practice and feedback is included during the course in order to prepare delegates for the relevant examinations.
